Terms & Conditions Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to Arrows Music Pte. Ltd.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our music lesson services, located at 18B Keong Saik Road.
2. Lesson Structure
We offer lessons in Drums, Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Vocals, and Group Band.
Individual instrumental lessons last 45 minutes, and Group Band lessons are 1 hour long.
Lessons are conducted weekly and in-person.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees can be paid monthly, by the term (3 months), or annually (12 months).
Payments are due on the first lesson of each payment cycle.
Late payments will result in the forfeiture of lesson time.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A one-day notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Students are entitled to 2 make-up lessons per term, subject to teacher’s availability.
Make Up Classes are on a first come first serve on Wednesdays from 3 - 6pm.
5. Age Group and Skill Level
Our lessons cater to a wide range of ages and skill levels.
6. Safety and Conduct Policies
Students are expected to pay attention and behave appropriately during lessons.
7. Intellectual Property
Basic sheet music will be provided.
Students are required to purchase recommended books and may use iPads for accessing PDFs during lessons.
8. Liability Waiver
Arrows Music Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any injuries sustained during lessons.
Students are liable for any damages to instruments or property due to negligence.
9. Privacy Policy
Student information is used solely for administrative purposes and is protected under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Parental consent will be obtained before using photos of children for social media purposes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be initially handled amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to The Singapore Mediation Center.
By enrolling in lessons at Arrows Music Pte. Ltd., students (or their guardians, if under 18) agree to these terms and conditions.
